I’m having a similar problem. I deactivated the plugin because I was having caching/reload problems. When I reactivated the plugin it no longer works. How do I getting it going again?

I think that because it had been working for me I ‘jumped’ to faulty conclusions when I should have looked at the new features . . .

It worked before with up to 4 shortcodes. Regardless, I’m happy to create a page per shortcode.

That’s not what I am talking about. It is putting out 3 copies of the same sign-up.

I’ve been successfully putting more that one shortcode on a page for months without a hitch.

Is there anyway to revert to the previous version? Problem started when I did the update and I’d like to see what happens if I revert.

Best explained by example. We mainly use the sign-ups for dragonboat and voyageur canoe drop-in sessions. which don’t need regular email contact since everyone knows the drill. For our moonlight dragonboat paddle I want to be able to email all signed-up paddlers with info unique to this paddle. Would be nice to be able to easily email all of them at the click of a button.

On another note is there any way to turn off the copy of the confirmation emails going to the Contact? Our contact people monitor the sign-ups and would just as soon not receive all the confirmation notices.

Let me try a better explanation. I can login as normal to my wordpress site and get my dashboard and function somewhat normally. If I click on a page I am taken out of my administrative mode so that the page I am at is what the public sees. No admin, editing functionality.

If I login for that public looking page nothing happens. Ribbon still shows the “login” option and I am not logged in.

Sorry I didn’t get back to address this. I’m waiting for the sign-ups sheets to ‘time out and then see what happens with the new batch when I put them up using sheet id number.

It is now working in both Safari and Chrome. I re-did the update in Safari and it worked but that is another issue.

I want to be able to list the “Voyageur” sign-up sheets by shortcode ‘number’ because I want to also list “Dragonboat” sign-ups on a Dragonboat page. Using the generic [pta_sign_up_sheet] results in all sign-up sheets being listed.

The system was working great – the voyageur paddlers tend to be seniors and were initially reluctant to go with an online sign-up. Will try listing by ‘number’ again and see what happens.

This happened to me as well when I updated to 4.5. Lots of other problems. Add Media won’t work either. fortlangleycanoeclub.ca
