Solved…Though I chose my new popup in the Popup Controls for the button, the class was not correct (it was a different popup class). When I changed the class, it worked.
Not sure how that caused the 3-click issue but after too many hours on this.
Thanks for pursuing this!
Thank you for all your quick and helpful replies!
Thank you for the follow up. And my apologies for the delay in replying.
You wrote ”?Unless you clear the data it will record every click”. What does “clear the data” mean? I saw in the documentation about clearing cache, but I don’t consider “cache” and “data” to be the same thing.
With the free version, can I clear the analytic data for only certain links? If I go to the bottom of the analytics and select details for 1 of my links, there is a Reset Analytics button, but when I click on it, I can’t tell if it will clear only for the selected link or clear for all the links. The Reset Analytics message looks the same whether you select it on the page that shows all the links and on the page if you select Details for a link. So I am unclear if there’s a difference.
Also, can the data be cleared by more than just the 30 day and 90 day option?
Is there a way to set the link clicks to some number manually if I don’t want to clear it but I know a lot of it is test data?
@nasanansi I apologize for my delayed reply. Thank you very much for your explanation.
@dnesscarkey Thank you for your prompt response to my question. I just wanted to let you know that I was able to get the font to work by using WordPress’s recently added native font management, and then the update to theme Twenty Twenty Four version to 1.1 did not cause the font to disappear.
@jordesign Thank you for your brilliant reply! By not only providing the answer to my question, but also going an extra step to suggest a solution, you solved the problem.
You are correct in that using the new native font management within WordPress, I no longer need that plugin. And I was able to update the theme Twenty Twenty Four to version 1.1.This will be useful in some of my other sites as well.
So thank you again!
Thank you Pial. That was not only very helpful, but also an appreciated quick reply!
So…do I need to always do that Refresh when I want to view the most current stats?
And is there a certain length of history kept or will it keep all history forever?
Thanks again!
Judd,
I marked it resolved.
It was not that I wanted to filter better, I had added 2 new statuses and did not see them across the top in that order page.
I did not realize that the statuses across the top are dynamic based on what is used in orders. Once I added a custom order to an order, it appeared on the top.
So all is good.
Thanks!
The answer is that once you use a custom status in an order, it will automatically display.
(guess there’s no support for this plugin)
Here is more info.
The email sent to the OAuth address has a heading showing it being sent to the wordpress admin email. It’s as if the email was sent to the wordpress admin and BCC’d to the Oauth email.
And when I changed the wordpress admin password in the siteground tools outside the wordpress environment, only the admin got the email as it should.
But changing the admin user password from within wordpress has the email go to both addresses.
And even the Siteground weekly activity email, which goes through the SMTP setup, goes to both email addresses.I believe any email coming out of WordPress must use the WP SMPT plugin settings.
Doing a Search and replace in the DB of any occurence of the Oauth email and changing it to the wordpress admin email did not fix the problem either.
Could the Oauth setup be the problem??? (I can’t delete it and recreate it because I don’t have the Oauth user credentials currently. I will have to get them again )

Thank you @rsouzaam for your quick and accurate reply!
Not only do I appreciate the CSS code you provided that works perfectly, but the links you provided are great (not sure why I didn’t come by those myself in a lot of my previous googling on this and other issues with the WPForms customization).
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Use Any Font | Custom Font Uploader] Assign Default FontI had that same question in a previous post before I used Use Any Font and I have linked to it in the answer here:
Adding “!important” worked. Thank you very much.
Thank you for your reply.
I tried CSS changes of all mannerisms and in various locations, but none took.
I was hoping that since there is a Copy/Paste Style Settings for a WPForm, there would be a setting for the button text to be bold. And I tried messing with this as well.
Here is the current Style Settings I have”
{“displayTitle”:true,”displayDesc”:false,”fieldSize”:”medium”,”fieldBorderRadius”:”3px”,”fieldBackgroundColor”:”#f9f9f9″,”fieldBorderColor”:”rgba( 0, 0, 0, 0.25 )”,”fieldTextColor”:”rgba( 0, 0, 0, 0.7 )”,”labelSize”:”medium”,”labelColor”:”#111111″,”labelSublabelColor”:”rgba( 0, 0, 0, 0.55 )”,”labelErrorColor”:”#d8613c”,”buttonSize”:”medium”,”buttonBorderRadius”:”3px”,”buttonBackgroundColor”:”#faddc4″,”buttonTextColor”:”#111111″}
Is there some setting to add for button text font bold? (for example, adding “buttonTextWeight”:”Bold”) which did not work for me.
