Hi Roxy, I have tried the suggestions and still have the same issue, problem not resolved.

Igor, I followed your steps. I made Storefront the default them. I disabled all plugins except woo commerce and I stll cannot add a product image freom Woo commerce. I can access the media library and ad images if I am creating a Page or a Post but nor a woo commerce product image?

upping the memory size in php.ini solved the problem. Thanks!
