I managed to take it out of the container in the footer php.

How do I write it in stylecss that the footer height is at least say 200 px AND fills the browser to the bottom if the page isn?t hihg enough?

These things I want for some pages and don`t need to be integrated into the theme, just the page editor in the dashboard.

Is making the pages in word or excel and otion? and then copy/paste it into pages? If so into the visual or the htlm part?
