I already tested it and sadly it doesnt work even with a blank subject on follow up emails, not even on gmail, not sure what could work.

Hi @aamiribsf , thank you, please if you can, ask them if maybe removing the Email Subject completely from the other emails (except the very first one) could achieve this. However not sure if this would be a good aproach because then if someone doesnt have a Gmail, but some other email client, he would just receive a new email without a Subject Line….

cool, thank you! And may I ask, is it possible to change the color of that unsubscribe link? The current grey one currently is a bit hard to see, I know that its probably the intention, but I would rather users see it better if they do wish to unsubscribe, so they dont have to search for it.

thank you. So just to double check, there isnt any way how to make this an “Opt In” instead of only “Opt Out”? So that the users would first need to agree to have this feature, instead of just having an option to disable an already active feature. Beucase having only Opt Out is not GDPR complient. Thank you.

Hi Andres, but thats not possible without buying the product first right? Just asking because there is no “register” option to create a ticket, only login.

I cant say for sure but I have been getting a lot of 50x crashes on my website so I investigated and this is one of the things that poped out. But if its the casue of the crashes, I dont know.

since the plugin released a new feature to ignore orders that are in speciffic status, I would now change the rating to 5/5 since you can set it up now to only track users that dont submit the order, thank you!
