Is your ftp settings set to folder 755 and files 644?
Have you changed the wordpress url inside the database?

I do know that the home page when set to your latest posts is set to go to the index.php. Have you checked if the index.php in your theme is present?
Are you using a custom menu? Can I see the code?
If you are not you can reset the menu in the Appearance>Menu
