Thank you for reaching out. We can open this up to other user roles but we assess this on a case-by-case basis depending on the need. In your case, we would provision you with custom infrastructure for the plugin at no extra cost to you.
While we may in future have multiple user roles as standard, due to the sensitive nature of the data, we need to make sure appropriate measures are employed to protect data.
We offer the plugin to admins as standard as they are expected to be aware of the security implications of their actions, especially login information. Regular users, on the other hand, have a much more varied range of security awareness and permissions, so they need to be handled appropriately.
