I was having the same issue and it was very frustrating not hearing from anyone on support but I figured out a way to fix this!
– Go to your Plugins on the left side and choose Editor.
– Choose Ryviu for the plugin to edit
– Navigate to the “assets > js” folder on the right and choose “local-ryviu.js”
– Find “if(ryviu_app.active_reviews_tab == 1)” and change that 1 to a 0
