If you want to change the default field Reg No to UID in Educare then follow the steps below:

1. Goto Dashboard > Educare > Settings > Default Fields
2. Here you can see all default fields of Educare. Here you type to modify your specific field.
3. After that click save.
4. Done!

This issue may be caused by your theme (CSS). So, test by changing your theme. Recommendation: You can check it out with twenty twenty theme. In next update we will add option to remove gpa from result card.

I just browsed your website. Your website theme is blocking the ajax fuctinality. For this, modify some JavaScript or CSS of your active theme. If not, change it and try another theme (Twenty Twenty).

To make the matter more clear try importing the results with educare default settings and management. The default result import file can be found here: GitHub

If it still doesn’t work then follow the stems below:

1. Go-to Educare > Settings > Others > Advance Settings > Check it.
2. Go-to Educare > Settings > Advance Settings > Clean Data > Check it

After that again import the result as above. If this still doesn’t work then let me know, I’m by your side until your issue is resolved.

Thanks for using Educare.

The grading system is automatically generated based on your settings. Please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Educare > Settings > Results System > Auto Results > Select No
2. Go to Educare > Settings > Grading System > Click Pen ?? Icon > Change Grade point based on our range

Make sure to click save button!

Then add or edit student results and save. Now grades are automatically attached by student marks. To check if it is working or not – just click on edit student result button, scroll down and here you will see that the student’s grade field has automatically added based on marks.

This way you can change the value of the grading system. If it works, please post this topic as resolved. With this, you are invited to give your feedback with 5 stars on Educare.

Thanks for exploring Educare.

Please deactivate your other plugin and try. Also change your active theme and see what’s happen. If this tricks not work, At first test educare with fresh WordPress with default theme (Twenty Twenty).

This is not educare problem. Maybe your others plugin effects on Ajax functionality. So, Make sure to deactivate others plugin and hopefully it’s working.

Problem 1: Maybe it’s you website issues. Try with English

Problem 2: Maybe educare setting and your data not match (Settings issue). You need to add results with proper way. Also, Properly configure educare settings. It better to share some screenshot for good understanding. please share educare settings, students list (All student page) , Management page screenshot. You can do this by email.

Maybe, this is your themes problem.

Pleace, make sure that WP DEBUG is disabled. If not, follow these steps – (disable WP debug)

1. Go- to public html or htdocs folder
2. Open wp-config.php files
3. Past this code

define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

If this tricks dus not work, please let us know. We are here for you.

It possible mention your active theme. So, we can easily found and know reason of this problem.
