I gave up on this plugin. I wouldn’t trust the paid version if the free one doesn’t work. Try Modal Dialog by Yannick Lefebvre. Works great and he personally answers email requests.

So, I’ve been reading through all the documentation and forums for NextGen for an implementation on a client site. I had one simple question (as do many other NextGen users I’ve read): Can you/How do you use WP Media Library images in your NextGen albums/galleries? This question/answer should be in the FAQs on the plugin install repository in bold letters. It’s a key issue. We all love NextGen but no clear direction on this (at least I couldn’t find it) on sharing images between NextGen and WP Media Library is stated. Alex, you allude to it above that there is no sychronization between the two, but it is still unclear. Please clarify here and on the plugins page. Users hate uploading images twice into the same DB.

Same problem here. What I did was save the post with a smaller amount of content (say 500 words or less) and then gradually add/save the content until the post was complete. This works. Don’t know why. Definitely a new WordPress feature (not a browser issue).

Thanks esmi. It was the version of Kalimi Flash Embed plugin I was running. Once I upgraded the plugin, the buttons showed up. Really appreciate the help.

I have a version of WP 2.7 running on the same server for a different domain with no problems whatsoever.

I had the same problem in WP 2.6.1 with my page template field magically disappearing. I went to the Design tab and found that WP had somehow deactivated my current theme. Reactivated it and viola.

Here it is. Unfortunately, one plugin seems to have just broken the layout of the site in Firefox, but IE still renders it correctly.

I’ve been trying to install WP and have gotten the same errors:
– First the 1320 error
– Then I tried changing the code and received the same 1347 error
– I’ve deleted and reuploaded WP 2.2 (downloaded on May 31) 3 times all with the same errors as radowl

Could you please help me?

I’m getting the same issue on the Write Post Categories sidebar:

`WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘link_count’ in ‘where clause’]
