You can skip the Stripe setup and test the backend out on cash/fiat payments. Stripe is for processing credit cards. To process credit cards you need to provide Stripe with your business information (supported in 42 countries).

For some business in a more restrictive country you might want to look into setting up a Stripe atlas account: https://stripe.com/atlas/global

It seems like you have never set up your account for this plugin. At signup a detailed documentation was sent to every new account along with support contact information. Also if you visit our website you can request for help. We are more than happy to answer your questions via chat.

Like most plugins installed on WordPress if you navigate to the setting area the settings are there (WP Dashboard -> Settings -> Membership Management). You can turn off the hover menu any time there.

The setting for this is in your WP dashboard.

1.) Under settings -> “Membership Management”

2.) Go to chat tab and you will see “Show Hover Bubble Icon.” Uncheck it and save.

Please use the membership app. App download urls are sent to your inbox when signing up. Please let us know if you are having any issues. There is one for checkins and the other for your members. Your member can also scan the barcode of your facility when checking in (checkins are logged). You can also limit the number of checkin per day or total number of checkins altogether.

Hi Jai,

We suggest that you to create a custom membership package and assign the classes to the membership if you want your member to sign up for each class. The generic membership assumes that the user automatically have access to the whole facility and all classes.

Yes, this plugin can handle class bookings. If a member is already registered then they can enroll into different classes that are part for their membership package without a fee. If they are not a membership then they have to sign up.

We currently can set up an instructor page which can also be renamed to a crew page. Since the example you gave to us uses no filtering for years of experience and position you can input that information and more in the description area for each crew.

Currently right now offline payments are disabled on our system but we are working on this. We only support Stripe which has no monthly fees but we are working on adding in more payment options and also cash payments.

Payments that Stripe supports: U.S. businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Australian, Canadian, European, and Japanese businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
