@trobaz Simply Deactivate that Plugin and then go to Plugin Editor and Replace Index.php code with the Code mentioned in Above comment. Deleting that plugin will remove “Flat Rate Shipping Plugin For WooCommerce” Plugin too.

Vietnami Payment Gateway “Nganluong Payment Gateway” is activated from Index.php of Plugin.

In earlier version, index.php was having only no execution code as follows.

	}

Just replace this with Current versions index.php

I assume Dotstore team, will rectify it in next release asap.

@clcarson84 if mails are going to the Spam folder. Its the issue with your Server’s Mailing and Inbox you are using.(In many case its Gmail)

Simple solution would be sending mail using SMTP.

Please check wp-config.php for DB name, Username & Password.

Can you check if Mysql is running on your server ?

Usually its
1. MySQL Server is not working
2. Invalid Credentials
3. Username, Password and Database names are correct. But User is Not Permitted to perform operations on Database.

As you are saying you are able to install WordPress from Softaculous Successfully. Then you should not get this error ! Can you Check with your Web Host?
