Hi Andrew
I am unable to access the page builder at all in pages with a membership block. I haven’t tried building the page first and then applying a membership to it.
I guess I could give that a go.
Always the simple solutions that I miss ??
Thanks for the suggestion
Hi Andrew
The issue has been resolved. TT amended their plugins and it has been solved.
However there is still the issue with being unable to use the Content Builder in pages/posts that are behind the membership wall.
This is what the quote from TT above referred to. Can you give me some advice about what I should take back to them from your POV in order to try and get that resolved?
I would like paying members to get the best experience possible. Thanks for your help so far.
Hi Andrew thanks for getting back to me
This is the only warning on the console
“s0.wp.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=20160429:1 Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience. For more help, check https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.
send @ s0.wp.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=20160429:1”The Content Builder is from Thrive Themes. The ‘Thrive Content Builder’.
The whole site is on a Thrive Themes platform.
I have discvovered the problem. A different plugin update appears to be corrupting it.
I am in discussions with the plugin authors to see if they can resolve it.
I have had problems with this before (content builder plugin).
Any pages behind the membership wall cannot be viewed with the content builder.
The plugin authors suggested the problem was becuase your memberships plugin was loading an old version of “jquery” and asked “Please contact the plugin developers and ask them to load the jQuery version loaded by WordPress instead of their own version.”
Could we start up a dialogue to see if this is possible, please?
Hi Jason, thanks for getting back.
I renamed the original PMP folder in FTP and then installed a new version in the ‘Plugins’ page. The new version retained all the old information, which is a major relief.
It was the only option I had as the PMP file had vanished completely from the ‘Plugins’ page. The addons (e.g. Mailchimp addon) remained.
There is currently an update waiting to be done which I am of course wary of but I guess I know how to correct it if it gets corrupted again.
Just to be clear. I can now delete the old PMP plugin (that I renamed) and should still retain data?
Thanks
Vincent
The plugin is still in the WebFTP with my hosting provider. It is not showing up in installed plugins section of back end of WP. As such it is not active and can not be reinstalled, activated or updated.
I should add that this happened after an update.

Hi Teodor
I have moved on to another plug in. Thanks for your responses all the same. Good luck.
I should add that when the registered user goes to their User page the membership level they signed up to is not attributed to them. It just states “you have no membership levels associated with your account”.
I have fixed the issue with the widgets page but I have now run in to a few other small problems.
I have been testing the membership registrations via another browser. When I sign up for any of the membership levels it does not direct me to PayPal for the paid membership levels. I am using PayPal standard and have included the email address on the PMS settings page. Is there another step that must be completed?
Also, all new registrations are being logged as “Subscriber” even though I have attributed an individual User role for each subscription. Might this have anything to do with each user being redirected to the WP login screen when you attempt to log in as a registered user?
Hi Teodore
Yes, it seems it was being corrupted by another plugin which I have now disabled. Thanks for your reply.

I have tried posting the shortcode into posts and pages. I did use the text editor too but still no table, just the shortcode itself that shows up.
It is really the ability to put it in a widget for my side bar that I was lookig for so I will look forward to the update.
