The CSS code removes the header on all pages, but how I can make the home page the exception?

Is there a way to insert a button or link in the pop up instead of a contact form? I tried entering html in the text widget and putting the text widget inside the displet pop widget. But that just created my button super tiny inside the contact form box. Any tips? Thanks so much.
