Ah, you are right again and I did the update to 3.7 but then got a 404 error so I have deactivated SideBlog until I have time to sort out this new conflict. Thanks for your help.

Thanks, I checked all the plugins to make sure they are the current ones and are working as much as I could check.

I have now narrowed the problem down to it posts twice on first page if I select 2 categories and only once is a single category.

I had blank lines at the end of comments.php and header.php after the close …?>

There was some HTML code after that with blank lines between it and apparently that’s all it took to screw things up.

All is well.
