thanks I did all that (including change the permalink name), plus clear the cache on my computer and refreshed the browser and it still has the same name. What can I be doing wrong?

I’m not a programmer nor am I advanced in word press by all means. We just started using it for our small non profit website and I’m running into the same problem explained here. When I go to the link provided above though, it seems that the only way around it is for it to be done by someone who knows about plugins and such, which I don’t. Any other way or renaming the images? thanks!
