In reply to: [Widgets for Ebay Reviews] Not workingOK Lidia,
However, the big green banner on the Get reviews tab that says ” UPGRADE to PRO features, seems to give the impression that adding your account to the plugin gives you that feature. It’s a bit unclear in my opinion. Maybe it could be made clearer.
Hi Arthur, thanks for getting back to me. Yes I had a tinker and that fixed it. So thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I’m not a WordPress expert so sometimes looking behind the scenes for these errors isn’t the first thing that springs to mind. I’ll know better for the future.? ??

In reply to: [Widgets for Ebay Reviews] Not workingHi Lidia
I am subscribed and logged in to my account on the plugin. I thought if I did login it would remove the limitation of downloading reviews every 10 days. But that doesn’t seem to be the case in this instance.

In reply to: [Widgets for Ebay Reviews] plugin still thinks I’m on free planhi thanks for the response. The plugin is saying I can only update reviews in 5 days. It was six days yesterday of course.
even though I’m connected to my account, below the greyed out button it’s prompting me to sign up for an account. So it seems the page of the settings in the plugin isn’t recognising my account status.

In reply to: [Widgets for Ebay Reviews] Not workingim having a similar problem. Reviews not downloading on my account page on YOUR website and the button to download more reviews is greyed out in plugin despite having a paid account.
I can confirm that this is a problem with the free plugin for me also. It was happening a few months ago and I wrote to the company and told them. They updated the plugin and it worked again. It seems the problem is back.
I have SSL on my site and the Stripe plugin is showing the same problem.

In reply to: Error 403 blocked.Ha Ha i just put the dns server back to Google and it now allows me to log in.
Maybe it was just a glitch and it just needed a change on the dns server.
Anyway try it and see.

In reply to: Error 403 blocked.Hi Chris, I am with one.com and was having exactly the same problem tonight.
I found your post while I was trying to figure out what had happened.I got onto one.com and the support was able to log in to my dashboard but I couldn’t.
I think I have the solution. I went into my router and changed the dns settings. I had them set for the google dns server. I changed it back to my isp ones and instantly was able to get to the dashboard.
Try it and see if it works.
