As you are not using site logo DIV you have to hide that one. Follow below steps if that helps.

1) GO to Admin Panel >> Appearance >> Customize See this https://prnt.sc/gxyhuv
2) Click on “Site Identity” https://prnt.sc/gxyi0x
3) Unchecked “Display Site Title and Tagline” and click on Save & Publish. https://prnt.sc/gxyiau

I believe you have installed the Yoast SEO plugin, so you need to hide unwanted column from the post list.

Please follow below steps to remove unwanted columns.
1) Go to All Post list
2) Click on “Screen Options” on top right corner.
3) Uncheck columns and click on Apply button.

I think it will be best if you can host your site in UK or USA. Please consider where your large audience located geographically. And you should enable the CDN.

It seems your website has lots of issue and it may some vulnerable code in it.
User following two security plugin and make it secure.

Do following changes using All in one security plugin.
– Hide wordpress version
– Change Username “Admin”
– Make strong 12 character long password
– Hide apache directory listing
– Change wp-admin login URL
– Add captcha on login page

Enable wordfence realtime malware scan.
Update wordpress version and all the plugins.
Check files on wp-content folder. Remove unnecessary files and unnecessary code.

2) Remove extra space or line before <?php

3) Save the file

That lines says your index page is index.html instead /home
