Same here, breaks the site.. not the first time. Should start looking for alternatives.

Doesn’t work for me either in WordPress 3.9 multisite. Says “There was an error contacting your blog”. Any ideas?

I’m having the same problem –

When I try to enter alternative email address and click save, it says it saved but once the form refreshes there’s no email. I also noticed there’s some extra spacing in the text areas, where the mouse courser is all the way on the right of the textarea.
