Wew are using the cron jobs but it’s a fast moving site, so products can get ordered before the job has time to run.

I have some debiug info to share with you on this – as you can see, the code seems to skip the first location (8554 – the one with the stock, in favour of checking 8555 where of course there is no stock.

Hi Mamood,

We are still seeing a problem with stock not beeing automatically deducted from one particular location, even if it’s the only location that has thar particular product. An example order looks like this:

So it’s requesting that we enter the stock dedeucted from that location manually, even that it’s set to Auto Allocate:

Is there anything else that we could have missed with the setup ?

Thansk for the reply – I guess that I had thought that the updates would be done for the specific stock items when an order is placed and not as a batch – is there any reason why the stock can’t be updated as the order is placed ?

Thanks for your response – our problem is that we do not want any manual editing of quatntities within an order – only auto allocate for all locations. We have a problem where the stock is not auto allocated within the order even if it’s in stock and only in that location. We have checked the setting and it’s defintely set to auto allocate, so it’s a bit of a mystery.

I have had the same issue across multiple sites. This has also occured on previous updates !

The only way to clear them seems to be to manually update the database for every site.

It was not necessary to warn customers if the plugin was set to auto update in any case.

OK – that’s not very workable – I have had multiple instances of this on 2 client sites and they need the stock to be updated immediately.

Obviously, this works fine with the old version of Woocommerce.

Are you planning an update at some point to fix this and do you know why it’s happening ?

Any help would be appreciated because at the moment it means that these sites cannot move beyond WordPress 7.0.1
