In reply to: [Verify Google Webmaster Tools] Meta tag won't verifyWhy would you mark this resolved when you had no information to tell you that it was? I work another 40 hr week job. Sorry I could not respond to you within two hours. The plugin version 1.0 was downloaded and installed yesterday, June 2, 2013. An update was noted just now, updated successfully to version 1.1. Resaved the meta tag, re submitted the verification, got the same answer: Less than a minute ago
6/3/13 6:45:01 PM UTC Meta tag Verification failed. Your meta tag is not in the <head> section of your home page.how did you update builder? I can’t upload it to upgrade in WP, it fails. I can upload it to my cpanel but it is a zip file that won’t open.
No response for me either. The bottom line for me is that it appears the SEO all in one pak is bogus. I see no tags or keywords generated. do you?
I only see blanks to fill in on my pages, I never see any keywords or tags or title or descriptions auto filled in them as I was expecting from the description of the product. The info says tags and key words and titels are automatically generated, where? how do I see them? I have manually entered what I could on the last several posts as nothing has automatically been filled in. Is there an instructional PDF w examples? or can someone tell me what is really meant by automatically and where to see it. thanks site still being worked on . https://www.inthefaceof.com

In reply to: Can't see a PageI cannot provide a link to the page except in error form through preview from my dashboard because it does not appear in a drop down box to choose from the main site https://inthefaceof.com/lets-buy/business-help/?preview=true&preview_id=708&preview_nonce=e86555104d
It is supposed to be a child under parent: https://inthefaceof.com/lets-buy/
It is supposed to show up in hover mode to be selected such as in the other parent page I have assigned children to: https://inthefaceof.com/for-you-2/

In reply to: Fatal Error Page after logging in from changing a theme.Forgot that when Hostgator finally got back to me, they said they would reset the theme to one of the defaults for me if I had not been able to solve the problem. That would have been the next step.

In reply to: Fatal Error Page after logging in from changing a theme. Here is what I got from Krishna today, extremely helpful… my thread was Can’t see my Site Title or Tag Line. I did respond to him.
In reviewing other posts, there are several of us that are currently experiencing this problem as a result of trying to update.
You are right. Unfortunately many of them either did everything either the wrong way, or the problems were outdated themes or plugins that were incompatible.
Now, did you count the number of people who understood their problems and gracefully resolved their problems? I think you are not interested in that.
Now, what is current problem? You do not want to find out if the theme being used by you is compatible with WP 3.4?
OK, do not believe what I say. Just click on your link and read the error message. It simply says your theme is NOT COMPATIBLE.
Do it now and tell me what you read!
Please do, as a favor to me! I am waiting!!Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Fatal Error Page after logging in from changing a theme.Well, I got chewed out royally by Krishna on my original post from a couple of days ago that I could not read my site name or tagline. His sugestion was what put me in fatal err, I updated the post w the fatal err and he had a fit. I will place it here after this, but wanted you to know what my ithemes folks came up with and IT WORKED!
Thru C-panel go to file manager, public_html and open. You should see your themes. My core Builder Theme was no where to be found and I could not upload the file folder, only the zip file which did not work. They had me change the name of my child theme that was active when all hell broke loose, so I just put _temp behind it. That freed up the conflict in the WP panel and let me right in!!! Then I uploaded the Builder zip file (that is all it would take at this location), went and changed the name of my theme back to the original in file manager, went back to Dashboard and activated my child theme classen and I have a website again that still does not show my site title and tagline (original problem) but… I really don’t care!!! Hope this helps! Best wishes to you Jay! https://inthefaceof.com/Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Can't see my site title or tag lineKrishna, you have jumped to a lot of wrong conclusions and been extremely rude while doing so. I tried last night to upgrade and totally blew up my site. I do not see anywhere in the err msg from blowing up my site that my theme is NOT COMPATIBLE There are no words in the message that say this.. I was unaware that I needed to take a tally of everyone who thanked you for resolved issues on Fatal err and report to you. I have been busy trying to resolve my own issue since I posted. There was no reason to be rude, furthermore NOT being at resolution because I can’t get into my admin page the timing to say thank you has not yet arrived. I did not post here to get into a [ profanity removed ] fight w anyone. I followed the first instruction and have not been able to recover from the epic failure created by that instruction.

In reviewing other posts, there are several of us that are currently experiencing this problem as a result of trying to update. Assistance to get back into WP Admin would be greatly appreciated for me as well as the other folks. https://inthefaceof.com/wp-admin/ open the link and choose show in the button so you can actually see what we are dealing with. Thank you. WP3.4

In reply to: Fatal Error Page after logging in from changing a theme.https://inthefaceof.com/wp-admin/ Choose “show” in the Fatal Error button to see the code which I do not understand at all.
Hi Jay, I got the Fatal error msg myself last night after trying to upgrade Itheme Builder. I also cannot bring up my WP Admin page to do one thing. When I open the link to Admin, I immediately get the Fatal error msg. It does not look like the replies to you understand that.. I have also posted my issue in this forum in a separate post. If you get the answer before I do, please let me know. I understand ur msg was not the same as mine, but the structure appears the same. I have had no response from Hostgator to help me resolve.
