i managed to locate this.
the field name is billing_phone but its not passing from paypal to the wordpress.

i cant see the notes from the order page in the invoice print or the delivery notes, is it a known problem?

i noticed the plugin has a code to pull them, but i cant see them in the print file.

you never answered my emails in the past month, so this is not resolved yet.
