@jjm531 , How was the migration process to Siteground? How long was your downtime?
I just attempted to use another shipping service and received a 500 error. This makes me want to rule out an error on the Shipstation side and put it on Bluehost/Wordpress…
@jjm531 and @tortoisepads Are you using Bluehost for your hosting provider? I’m wondering if the issue lies on their end.

I have in fact confirmed the API keys are correct, and attempted to generate new ones. (Shipstation will not allow me to update the existing API key, Error: “An error has occurred.”)This is not a new setup, it has been working normally up until several days ago.
- Ensure your server is running on a stable version of PHP and that it’s not blocking any outgoing connections. You may need to contact your hosting provider for this. No changes/updates here
- Try disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and ShipStation Integration to see if the issue persists. If the error disappears, enable each plugin one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. This was attempted with no success
- Ensure both your WooCommerce and ShipStation Integration plugins are updated to their latest versions. This has been completed
Please do keep us posted jjm531. Switching hosting providers is such a pain. Will there be a period of downtime? Very frustrated with bluehost and will definitely never use them in the future due to their very poor customer service.
Following your thread too debh777. I’ve been down for several days. Contacted bluehost and they were zero help. They said Woocommerce is the issue. If you find any solution please let me know. I’ll do the same.
Another chat with Shipstation and they insist it is a problem with “Woocommerce” as it is their error..
For anyone who is experiencing the same issue – I contacted Bluehost and they were of zero help. They said it has nothing to do with them.
I am in fact using Bluehost.. Extremely frustrating as this is causing a ton of extra work..
It’s been down for at least 3 days for me so far. No help from ShipStation support (they said it was a wordpress error). HUGE pain for me.

I spoke to support with ShipStation – they said it was an error with WordPress… Haven’t heard anything else yet. I’ll be contacting support again. Any other decent shipping integrations out there?
