What do you guys think of the design?

Maybe you can create sub-domains for your students.
For example,
1) your site: https://rootdomain.com
2) student1: https://student1.rootdomain.com
3) student2: https://student2.rootdomain.com
4) student3: https://student3.rootdoamin.com
.
.
. etc

Then install WordPress individually into the sub domains. It takes time, but it fits your requirements of privacy.

Alternatively, you can also use folders instead of sub domains.

Its webhost admin panel.

If its too complicated for you, you may just install a fresh copy of wordpress into your root directory:

https://lucasantaniellojazz.com

Just Don’t install into a folder like this:

https://lucasantaniellojazz.com/wordpress/

Then transfer your contents in a manual way, or use the wordpress export & import function.

The website looks good, but I hope you are not going to use the cartoon pics? Most of the dating sites would use “real life” photos instead of the cartoon ones.

It is mainly to showcase the potential “products” (which in these case ideally would be pretty faces) to attract potential visitors to explore your site.

Other than that the layout with the plugin looks good!

I think the load speed is ok, dont worry about it!
