This is an automated message added by WP team when a plugin hasn’t been updated for 3 major releases. I have just updated it and the message got away…
Hello,
Of course, it is still actively supported ??
WATS has been there for 15 years now !
Hello,
You have the details of features per release here :
https://www.ticket-system.net/features/
Frontend submission is only available in the premium release.
Yes you just need to set ticket visibility to everybody and then everybody can see all tickets. Guests can also post tickets without any registration if you have configured it to allow that.
For this kind of discussions, please go through ticket-system.net contact form. I will then reply after you have sent a detailed requirement. Premium features can’t be discussed here as per forum guidelines.
No, this would require extra development to be achieved.
Hi,
You can restrict the ticket submission capability to only registered users. In that case, visitors can’t raise tickets. Ticket submission can then be performed in the admin side (ticket creation page) or frontend side (ticket submission form available in premium release only). Tickets can’t be raised directly under the user profile page.
Hello,
Ticket submission form fields can be rearranged via :
1/ CSS for minor changes.
2/ Filter hook if you understand PHP.So in both cases, this requires a bit of technical knowledge.
For the filters customization, you have some control on which one will be shown. You can check the options to see if this matches your needs.
Hello,
You could define a set of locations via custom fields and then technicians would select the one applicable. Or you could also let them enter their current location in a text field. GPS location tracking would require some extra work to gather the information through JS and populate it in a custom field.
The free release doesn’t include the frontend features for ticket submission and ticket listing table so you don’t need shortcodes there… Then the official website includes all the details about the configuration.
Also I am happy to answer any question you can have about the plugin configuration. I have been supporting WATS for 11 years now so I stand by the plugin…

In reply to: [Ultimate Posts Widget] Sticky posts in su_postsTo be clear, I want sticky posts to be included. I don’t want them to be excluded. Does your solution apply in that case and will thus include sticky posts in the list of posts displayed?

In reply to: [Ultimate Posts Widget] Sticky posts in su_postsHello,
Thank you for your reply!
I am using this shortcode to achieve that :
[su_posts template=”teaser-loop.php” posts_per_page=”3″ post_type=”post” taxonomy=”category” tax_term=”my-tax-term” tax_operator=”IN” orderby=”date” post_status=”publish”]This doesn’t seem to take into consideration sticky posts. If the sticky post isn’t part of the last 3 posts, then it won’t superseed any of these.
Maybe I missed a parameter in the shortcode?
Thank you

Done ??
Great, thanks for the great work!
Hi Bill,
Fantastic! Does it whitelist well known search engines bots?
Thanks and happy new year!
