Few more things, Nick, could you please provide some details about your working environment, for example:

    1) Where is the website hosted? Your own server? FTP-based?
    2) What version of PHP are you running?
    3) Could you please provide a link (you can send privately) to a page where I can see the output of phpinfo()?
    4) Could you write line #16 in controller.php here? In my version it just reads: “namespace Org\Fineswap\OpenSource\NinjaFormsUniqueTextbox;”

Thanks again for reporting this, and hope we can find the cause of this issue quickly.

    Hi Nick,

Thanks for reporting this issue! It is very strange indeed since we ourselves use this plugin extensively without an error.

I will just double-check that line and even upload a new version, just in case that file was pushed badly.

It would also be a good idea to send that .php file to us, could you please zip it up and mail it to us at: dev AT fineswap DOT com

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Andy,

Thanks for taking the time to write about this. And indeed, it is a fine suggestion!

This will be implemented in the near future.

    Hello kosirm,

Thanks for reporting this, and we saw your ‘Contact us’ message that you left in our website, so we will just reply here for the benefit of everyone.

The plugin, as of today, does not work with multisite installations. That’s why you do not see the menu item.

But this should be a nice feature to add in next versions.

It would also be helpful to know your environment:

    – OS and version
    – Web server and version
    – PHP version

Any idea if you have errors in PHP’s log?

    Hi there,

Could you please do the following:

    1) Upgrade to 1.0.1 released yesterday.
    2) List the other modules that you have (a link to each would be appreciated) so I could reproduce your environment?

    Thanks.
