In reply to: [FakerPress] Most Images are corruptedYep – I have the same issue.
Also, is there any way to have ALL posts include images?
ThanksThanks Mark,
Strange that you haven’t received the messages as I’ve sent them to the same email address that we have communicated on the times before.
I even sent a new request through your ticketing system and didnt get a response to that either. Perhaps it got stuck up in spam or somewhere on your server.
Look forward to the fix
CheersThanks for your fast response Jean.
I submitted a ticket through online submission process. Mark responded on the 21st and said that you had issues with the Feed Creator service. I asked for an update on the 22nd, 23rd, 26th and 27th, but no response.
The email is the one he responded to me initially on which is [email protected].
Yes, you guys are usually fast in responding, that why I was surprised not to get any update in a week. I have now sent another email on this.
Thanks very much! They had a problem with their feed process and they told me they were trying to fix it. That was last week. I’ve sent a few messages, but have not had any feedback in over a week.

In reply to: [Video Thumbnails] No Thumbnails – Using LazyLoad ScriptSutherland, I did more research on this.
The maxresdefault is the highest resolution setting, but will only extract higher size thumbnails if the video is HD.
Otherwise, the largest thumbnail is 480 X 360.
I changed a plugin of mine that sets SHARE and LIKE size and that fixed the issue. Thanks again for your support.

In reply to: [Video Thumbnails] No Thumbnails – Using LazyLoad ScriptYes, it works very well now.
But the issue is the thumbnail size seems smaller than before which is creating a problem for Facebook LIKE and SHARE as they have a minimum thumbnail size.
This plugin used to extract thumbnails at 1280 X 720
but now it is 480 X 360.
FB recommends 1200X630.I checked the script and it is set to maxresdefault.jpg so I dont know if it is the laztload.js that is causing an issue. When I used the plugin before with the iframe, the larger 1280 X 720 was being pulled.
Cheers
PS – given you a 5 star rating for a great product and service, but for some reason it didn’t add. will redo it later tonight.

In reply to: [Lazy Load for Videos] Plugin does not work – Issue with 3.8?Yes, this works perfectly, thanks Kevin!
Just another question, please – where does the plugin get the thumbnail from and is there a way to:
1. Change the thumbnail
2. Improve the quality of the thumbnail? Also, I am used to having a number of parameters added within an ifrane, but having a URL seems it cannot have a number of parameters. Is there a way to add these in? https://developers.google.com/youtube/player_parameters
Danke für Ihre Hilfe

In reply to: [Lazy Load for Videos] Plugin does not work – Issue with 3.8?I think I know what is wrong with this. I have been adding the youtube video in the post in an iFrame. So the plugin does work with a copied URL from youtube, but I still have a question:
Just adding the YT link works, but if you look at the video, the edges are trimmed – the preview image is not displaying the full size. Is there any way to adjust the preview image?
Any way to fix this?
Thanks and appreciate your support
