    13th October, ConveyThis sends me a mail: “We’ve fixed the issue and now it should be working okay. Is there anything else you would need help with? Please don’t hesitate to contact us and don’t forget to leave us a positive review in the app store!”

    I rush to try it but it’s desperately the same. I reply to their e-mail, and find that a ticket has been opened for my problem.
    It’s October 18, and I get no answer… It’s been almost 3 weeks, how can I leave a positive review? ??
