the plugin can only import from a single FB page/group or profile that you define on the plugin configuration page.

Sorry mate, something is wrong with WP directory, whenever i upload something, it reverses back after a couple of minutes. I will try again tomorrow :/

The plugin pulls the time the comments were created on Facebook, isnt that the case?

It is compatible with 4.0 as far we’ve seen from our own testing.
I will upload the wider screens tomorrow and let you know in here.

you probably didnt set the FB app correctly.

Please follow these steps (for PRO version):

Once you see the latest posts list, there will be an “import” button next to each post.

This plugin can import comments from Facebook.com to your WordPress commenting system. It does not migrate likes or shares. Once the comments are migrated from FB to your WordPress, then you can easily export them to Disqus as well.

This has been resolved with the new 1.4.1 version.

There is a manual import available.
Cron runs every hour.

Please try the manual import and let me know the results.
