Yes.Let me explain the problem.

The customer bought our Pro version one week ago. That is great, I appreciate that.

Here is his problem which he reported to us:
“Last week I bought a theme from you. Installing was simple and the theme worked.
I had turned off the sticky sidebar, but I couldn’t get the content in the middle of the screen; this remained on the left side of the screen. With high-quality themes I’m used to, the field expands when the site bar is turned off.”

I explain that each theme has different features, with our theme, when enable Full Width layout, the content still align left. He did not understand and want to it has to align center and compare with other themes. Of course, I can help him to do it, but he did not want then open dispute, and of course, I won because he could not provide any proof.

Unfortunately, that is not the case we can refund. I sent him our refund policy.

That is why I reported his review is spam and hope you can delete it.
