I’m having the same issue. I would like to have the bar as long as my content column width but I can’t figure it out.

Hi, I’m adding my problem here as it seems to be the same nature.

the button is not aligned for some pictures. The odd thing is that all of my pictures are aligned right, the code is identical, but the button looks fine only on some of them.

I’ve been looking for a solution all over the place but it looks that the developers went AWOL?

Yeah I know this www issue is the host’s fault. This is all a test and I’m gonna change provider as soon as i go officially live with the website.

However, if you say that this problem of mine might be due to the host i might as well change it right now. My other option is tu purchase a plugin but i’d rather go for the multisite as it does exactly what i need.

I’ll try again contacting them even though i’m not too hopeful…

Hi, I’m back.
My hosting provider informed me that the AllowOverride is set to “all”, but still I get that looping error when i try to access to the dashboard:

Is there something wrong in my .htaccess or wp-config?

thanks alchymyth. I’ve had a look at that file and I almost understood how it works. But I know nothing about php and I don’t understand how to integrate the content of single.php with the loop in my page code.
Can you help or my request is too generic?

Ok I’ve been doing some more research and it seems like I found a valid solution for this.

As explained here I’ve put the following code in a page template:

query_posts(‘cat=9’);
while (have_posts()) : the_title(); the_post();
the_content();
endwhile;
?>

It works very nicely, exactly as I wanted, showing the full post and so on…the only problem is that it doesn’t show the first bit of a post (title, posted by and all the social network paraphernalia I have).

I disabled it.
Now not only I don’t have a connection between categories and pages but my original pages are not accessible anymore.

Any idea of why this is happening? I’ve also deleted the plugin but nothing seems to improve…

I’ve spoken too quickly.

now the browser goes “The page cannot be found” when i try to access a page…not only if the page is connected to a cat but also with all other pages…
