I am having the same problem with the “Undefined index: form” on line 200 of Widget.php.

Apart from that error message sitting above the sign up form, everything is working fine.

Thank you Sybre, not sure how I overlooked that checkbox. I went over the links that you shared and they were helpful.

One last question, in the Robots Meta Settings > Indexing tab
I have a few boxes checked, and I cannot remember if I did that myself before realizing that I didn’t need to do much of anything. Were the boxes meant to be marked?

Apply noindex to
Media, Formats, Date archives and Search pages.
