I post a new post to the Miscellaneous forum when I create a new, free, support video. Over the past 9 months or so, I’ve posted about 30 of them simply to alert people of new, free, support videos. Is that what you are talking about?

I also have 59 pages of replies to people asking for help over about 18 months…you have 6 pages over about 3 years. Are you sure you really need to be lecturing me?

@figaro your posts were not answering anyones question, they were just random posts of your links.

Bull…point to one that wasn’t in direct response to a question or was a direct offer of free, helpful support.

I disagree and I think a lot of others would as well. I’m not going to watch anything I say in fear of pissing off anyone, Mods included, but thanks for the advice.

I don’t even know what the link was…if it was to something that was irrelevant to what the poster asked then I would agree. The answer Matt gave there is far from justification for deleting all the links to my tutorials.

Maybe you should send some of the links you moderated from my posts to Matt and see if he would consider them spam…obviously, you or some mod did based on this opinion of that one post.

Yea, lots of request for that. I’ve posted numerous times telling people how to do that using a script downloaded from one of the main WP developers sites, but it seems posting links to other sites is no longer acceptable here, so all I can help you with for now is this.

Yea, I have a pretty good step-by-step video showing exactly how to do this for people just like you…people who may get more out of seeing someone do it than reading text. However, some Mod here has decided those free videos can’t be posted here and has been deleting my links. So for now, take a look at this one:

Then while you are there, look for the tag called “Install” and you may find something there that will help…hint…the first video posted on that site months ago.
