This is now being handled (hopefully) by the author’s support on their website.
*bump* again… please can you respond as I need some assistance.
THanks*bump*
Hi, just bumping my query above…
Hi, I have the Booking Ultra Pro software and have it setup on a client’s website. It is working well, in that when a test booking is made and paid for the customer gets a notification that a booking has been made, however if I then go to the booking in Admin and reschedule it for instance, ticking the ‘Send Notification To Client’ chcekbox, the customer doesn’t receive an email notification. I have tried this using the generic PHP mail() function in Notification settings, also by installing & configuring Postman SMTP and choosing ‘Send via third party plugin’ AND by trying to just configure notifications via SMTP using that option and filling in the smtp details on the notification settings page, but alas still no change of schedule notification is received by the customer.
Can you assist please?

In reply to: [WP-Filebase Download Manager] File not found!I am experiencing an issue where the file is uploaded, I then edit the file (change the category for example) and the file is gone – I cannot find it when viewing in Admin or via FTP… seems to be a bug in here somewhere…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 2.4 BreadcrumbsI hope this query isn’t out of place, and it is a *really* basic query that I expect anyone with a bit of WooCommerce knowledge can help with, and yes it is re breadcrumbs!!
If I have a generic WooC site set up with a set of categories, and the shop slug is ‘shop’ as default then the url and breadcrumb to view the products or categories in shop are:-
domain.com/shop/
Home / ShopThen when I link to a category to show the products they become:-
domain.com/product-category/category1/
Home / Category 1Then when I link to a product in the category they become:-
domain.com/product/product1/
Home / Category 1 / Product 1My question is can the permalinks be set up in such a way that the breadcrumbs and urls can be standardised to become, using the above example:-
domain.com/shop
Home / Shopthen
domain.com/shop/category1
Home / Shop / Category 1then
domain.com/shop/category1/product1
Home / Shop / Category 1 / Product 1So that the url and breadcrumb structure is standardised?
Many thanks for comments by anyone looking at this that can help!

In reply to: [Delightful Downloads] Slow down adminHi @a5hleyrich – I’m having the same problem with this. I have a few plugins installed and only when DD is activated am I getting slow performance… every time I go to any part of Admin and the page reloads (Firefox 31 Windows 7) the browser briefly has (Not Responding) in the title bar and it takes that much longer for an action to take place – at least from a layman’s user perspective.
I’ve installed Query Monitor but need you to tell me what data you’d like to see to try and help me please.

In reply to: [Contact Form DB] Schedule Export & EmailHi Michael,
Thankyou very much for your swift and useful reply, it is very helpful ??
Kind regards,
ChrisNope.
I still have the
“Backups are scheduled
A backup is due to start at any moment…”
message and the last successful backup was a manual one taken in July.
My host have said this though re running cron jobs:-Cron jobs usually happen every hour. So, yes it may just be a case of allowing it some time to update if you have updated any server settings/scheduled any cron jobs etc.
So perhaps this is interfering with the scheduler? When I schedule a post to be published in the future (for instance at 11.15am) then it doesn’t publish it exactly at that time but when I look back at some point later it will have been published – not sure what the delay is though…
