ah ok – yes it is different. but there are others on this support forum that have identified other attribute / variation issues with the last update of the plugin, so i hope it is being looked at. good luck sorry i can’t help specifically with your issue though…

Secondly I’ve just had a client call me about a similar issue on their website – For some products they had 2 attruibutes (sheet type and bed size), each with several variations within them.
I had it set up for them with the sheet type attribute set up with no default pre-selected choice, but the bed size attribute set up with a preselected choice.
As a result following the update the bed size variable ONLY showed the pre selected variable, and not the 4 others.
The work around I applied this morning was to pre select variables for both attributes, save them and then all bed size variables showed.
Not happy as if unseen this will have seriously affected their sales at a critical point of their year.
Mike – if you’re looking, this needs to be addressed PRONTO please ??

Hi Chris, Its not the quotes I am referring to – it’s the pagination circles beneath the testimonials themselves that are just showing as missing image (or content) boxes… it’s working on other sites just not this one and was hoping you had an idea as to why…?

I’d tried a few and the same thing happened on each of them – it is now on default and still the same thing?

Hope it’s ok to jump on the back of this comment – I’ve added the latest version (2.16.5) and have the a view made up with Slideshow with no controls, full pagination but am just getting boxes (fontawesome perhaps no loading). Using a gensis theme (Altitude Pro) with some slight customisations… https://mylocationcornwall.co.uk#front-page-4

Hi support, i did get an initial response to the ticket i (re)sent via the support system but since then ive not received any further contact. I received a response from you asking for clarification that I sent back on 25 October and since then ive heard nothing and have had to re-send my email twice now. I’d love to recommend and highly star the plugin but support has to be more forthcoming.
