@wpyogi yes I did check those out but the just seem to have the live chat available on the bottom right hand side of the page. I want something more similar the the example website I linked to where there is a pop up window as soon as a visitor arrives on the page.

Hmm I’m not sure, I’ll have to check. When I go into the theme customizer mode it works…so strange

Alright so I uninstalled the plugin then just deleted that line of code and the warning is gone now, thanks!.

Thanks @respectyoda. The theme I’m using actually allows you to put in your own custom css in their theme options section.

@dave nevermind you were right I just needed to add !important to it and now it works
