As to the question, you cannot use the same filter set for multiple certain pages, as they might have different queries. So you would need to create separate filter sets for those certain pages.

This is some type of Gutenberg block. It is not connected to our filtering plugin.

There are no Gutenberg blocks so far with the filter widget, only the widget for the widget area and shortcodes.

This option is only working on the desktop. For the mobile you can use only some type of custom functionality to do so so it will scroll you to the need container by id or any other way.

No, unfortunately, there are no quick workaround or anything like that. You can do it only with the custom CSS that you can place in the Filters -> Settings -> Experimental -> Custom CSS.
