    I am having the exact same problem. All the submenus are missing from Dashboard.

    I set up a blog for an organization using WordPress 2.5.1
    Currently the email notification for new comments comes to me,
    I need to change it to the person that will be managing the site and answering the comments.
    I changed the profile of the administrator to his name & email, and had him post a new topic, when someone writes a comment the confirmation e-mail still comes to me.

    Can anyone offer any help?
