I already followed all the steps you wrote here. and the web is working but when i check the site in speedinsights https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
in desktop version the URL redirects to https://www.mydomain/wp-content/cache/all/index.html
i dont know why, i hope you can help me thanks!
