Hello @clouddancer,
Thanks for contacting MailPoet!
Regarding your question:
I made a form to include notification of new media. It works, but doesn’t show the actual image – only a title and a button. The user has to press the button to see the new image that was uploaded. This is NOT a blog post notification so there is no featured image, but just a notification that a new image was uploaded.
How can I get the image to show in the email so the user does not have to click on it?
In order to fully understand the type of setup you’re wishing to accomplish, would you mind providing us with a screenshot of how you have this set up in editor for that particular form?
Also, where are these new media items being uploaded/published that you wish to have them available to your subscriber? Are they just being added to the Media Library, or to an actual page/post?
Looking forward to hearing back!
Hello @easyironsprayhelp,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear you were experiencing some issues with your sending being paused. In reviewing the account tied to the site mentioned, I see that an email was sent on May 30th and no pending/paused status on the account.
Could you confirm if you’re still experiencing issues with sending being paused for you?
Hello @aspmarketing,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this! It appears we were waiting for your response back to that email on May 10th prior to restoring sending. I have gone ahead and responded to you, using that same email, with further details of the next step.
Would you mind reviewing that, and letting us know if you have any issues upon retrying sending?

Hello @kennethrg,
Thanks for contacting MailPoet! Happy to hear you’re having a great experiencing using custom shortcode from other plugins within MailPoet.
As for your initial question:
I am curious if there is a way to have these links rewritten with the MailPoet tracking feature so that when a recipient clicks on a link it will be tracked in the same way that other links are? For example, is there a PHP function I can call that will rewrite the URL?
This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. Please note that assistance with custom code like that is outside our?scope of support, but if you need help with custom code, we recommend reaching out to someone from Codeable or if you’re familiar with coding yourself, I’d suggest reviewing our current list of Filters and Actions that may be helpful to get started.
Let us know if you have any further questions at all!
Hello @konrik33,
your plugin is not working for me. Or rather, it activates, but when I open the settings page
Thanks for contacting MailPoet. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with getting started with the plugin.
We were seeing a number of reports experiencing a similar issue. Because of that, we released two new versions that will likely correct the issue you’re having. Could you confirm if you’ve updated to the latest 4.17.1 version?
Hello @decalvibes ,
Thanks for contacting MailPoet!
It sounds like you’re experiencing a conflict between OceanWP and MailPoet. I completed a test using only WooCommerce, MailPoet, and Twenty Twenty Three and wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’ve described.
You mentioned that you deactivated the majority of your plugins, but were you able to test with temporarily changing the theme on the site and then activating MailPoet to see if that has the same issue?
Feel free to give that a try and let us know if you continue to experience this issue and we’ll be happy to assist.
Hello @ichbinmarty,
Thanks for contacting MailPoet!
I’d like to set a day of the week for sending emails – with no date attached! Just “every Friday” after someone signs up for a list.
This isn’t possible to do at this time. If you’re wishing to send those emails specifically on Friday, you are able to schedule them for that timeframe, however setting up a specific email to go out automatically to these newer subscribers on the specific day isn’t an available option.
May I ask what you’re looking to send for these specific emails? If you can provide us more details about the setup you’re looking to have, we can try providing you with some alternative options.
Looking forward to hearing back!
Hello @stquadricromia,
Thanks for contacting MailPoet!
Some users are automatically logged out of the program without any logic. I set the cancellation after 12 months of inactivity, but I’ve only been using the plugin for a few months. What could it be?
Can you confirm what you mean by “logged out of the program” ? Are they no longer logged into your site, or are they being automatically unsubscribed from your mailing list? Depending on which of the two is happening, we can go through some suggested troubleshooting steps with you.
Looking forward to hearing back!
Hello @htw1179,
Great questions! I’ll be happy to help.
1.I have imported a large number of people into my system with the Import and Export Users and Customers by By codection . However after I successfully import them their status is listed under Mail Poets Subscriber link as “unconfirmed” I need to change all of their status’s to “Subscribed” so that they can receive Newsletters and Ads. Please someone tell me there is way to change the status from unconfirmed to Subscribed in a Bulk fashion.
When importing in a list of either WordPress users, or an existing mailing list to MailPoet, we always recommend doing so with the explicit prior consent from those users OR requesting their confirmation again when being added to MailPoet. If you already have their prior consent, the quickest way to mark these users as Subscribed would be to export the list of emails from your site, go through the import process inside of MailPoet, and make sure to select their status as Subscribed.
Ref: Changing Subscriber Status
Otherwise, you can select the option to Resend confirmation email to have those users re-confirm their willingness to be on your mailing list. Or, you can edit the users individually to select them as Subscribed, however if you have a larger list, it would be better to go with the Export/Import process again to complete process this quicker.
2. Is there a way to confirm that the emails sent by Mail Poet has actually been sent? In MailPoets Documentation stated Mail Poet would not work with?WP Mail Logging?and confirmed that through testing. I also tried another email logging plugin and that did not capture the Mail Poet emails either, however they were sent.
Under the MailPoet > Emails section, you’ll see a section titled Sent on that will inform you on when the emails are sent. If issues do arise, you will see the appropriate error at the top of the same page. Ref: Sending Does Not Work
