Could you tell me which IP address you are talking about? I already whitelisted my own.

Two solutions found so far: one free and one paid.

The free cformsII seems to allow for “Multi-Part / Multi-Page form chains”.

The free Ninja Forms plugin has a paid extension for multi-page forms. Starts at $39 for one website.

Have not used any of these solutions; I am looking for a solution for one of my clients’ websites and thought I’d share these potential solutions.

Had the same error code above the login fields. Although I COULD access the site without any difficulties, it was just a warning…

But I only got the error code on the website where I had entered TWO IP addresses: 111.222.333.444, 111.222.333.444. (notice the space in there?)

And after I removed the space between the two IP addresses the error message disappeared!

Hope this helps anyone…

What I found the easiest is just changing the category’s slug, and sort the categories based on the slugs. You have full control over your slugs, so you can for instance start all of them with a number – for ordering purposes ??

Then just add/change your template’s sidebar.php (or wherever else you want to list your catelories) to:

<?php wp_list_categories(‘orderby=slug’); ?>.

Perhaps with some other parameters.

OK. Figured it out. Not based on the code above, though. There are instructions from the creator of the plugin on how to do this. Read and implement carefully…

First read https://nextgen.boelinger.com/templates/, and then https://nextgen.boelinger.com/templates/caption/.

Mind you: the code [ nggallery id=1 template=caption ] should be Mind you: the code [nggallery id=1 template=caption] – WITHOUT the spaces…

I emailed Ruben Boelinger about this, and hopefully he’ll fix the instructions.
