To anyone facing this exact same issue…it turned out to be SSL-related. I installed Really Simple SSL plugin and followed the prompts during setup and guess what…issue FIXED!!!:)

Well, there are no WooCommerce products listed on the site. It’s only a Booking application that makes use of the Square Payment Gateway as the primary payment processor. When an order is placed on the front end, it generates the error message mentioned before, and that’s the issue.

Yes, it’s happening as soon as payment is made on the website i.e. when a booking appointment is completed. I don’t have access to the dashboard right now, but I can get the System Status later. For now, that’s what’s going on. From what I can see, the API codes are valid.

It shouldn’t be. I do not think it’s fair to charge for test orders…sounds crazy to me!

nevermind, it’s been resolved (by me).

My website is stuck in maintenance mode. I have scoured through online forums looking for answers but to no avail. Just so you know, I have looked for the so called .maintenance file in the root directory but can’t find it anywhere. Here’s a link to the site: https://www.envypak.com

BTW, I know how to make edits in the css file and so forth, BUT when I do the changes DON’T take effect. NOTHING happens.
I’ve tried EVERYTHING I can but to no avail. I just wanna change the header background and slideshow back, that’s it! PLEASE HELP!
