Extra note: I’ve had a look through some of the other support threads and I notice that all the other people having problems also have this stray </li> in the same place as I do. It appears to be a bug in the plugin’s output.
Since it took 5 months just to get a response my hopes wouldn’t be too high :P. I also wouldn’t be inclined to call it resolved either, since the thing still can’t be done.
