    Make sure that the audio-player.php file is INSIDE the audio-player folder. Having it under the plugins folder, as required by Audio Player 1, rendered that error for me. When I moved it to its original location, that fixed the problem.

    I am coming across the same issue as webmattster and the post is also spitting out a frequent issue in these comments:

    Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

    I’ve checked to ensure all folders are correct, have played around with the media tool in the post and typing in the [audio:songname.mp3] versus [audio:https://site.com/…/song.mp3%5D but nothing seems to be working. I can see other players, so it shouldn’t be the Flash Player or JavaScript (I checked to ensure I was using the most updated version of Flash and Java is enabled).
