In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sending Order Quantity and Price of ZeroWhen viewing the order the items in the order are also listed as zero quantity and zero for the price. The total amount for the order and the shipping are shown correctly.
This is true of all orders. Even those placed before updating to 6.2. This was not the case prior to that.

In reply to: [Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Search for Order Number Not WorkingI have not found a solution for this. I’m a plugin developer and would be happy to assist the team in testing but I haven’t heard anything back yet from them.
The issue was not using Full SSL with Cloudflare. Thank you for the help!

In reply to: [Advanced Gutenberg Blocks] Not Working in PHP 5.6@maximebj It’s much appreciated. I completely understand the frustration. We are in the process of migrating to a newer server but this is on an intranet and not exposed to the outside world so it’s isn’t the highest priority to update the PHP versions on this server.
I definitely understand the demands the changes in Gutenberg has created. I have a half dozen or so custom blocks written for the same site and even that small amount of items has been a pain to update as they change how everything works.

In reply to: [Advanced Gutenberg Blocks] Not Working in PHP 5.6I have several issues with this response.
- The plugin still says it’s compatible with PHP “5.6 or higher”
- There is nothing in the change log that says that the compatibility has changed. This means that people will not know and their sites will be broken upon updating.
- You are also wrong in saying that there is no retrocompatibility issues. I have several things that will not run on the newer version of PHP. I’m not the person that makes these decisions so I can’t just universally update.
I understand the points that are being made but there should have been notice given that the compatibility will change. I could have ignored the update and found a suitable replacement. As it stands now it is still incorrectly labeled in the plugin repository.

In reply to: [Simple BuddyPress Profile Privacy] Cannot have my members visibleThere is nothing permanent in the code that would stay there after you inactivate it. Please try deactivating all the other plugins with the exception of BuddyPress and see if that resolves it. If it does try activating Simple Buddy Press Profile Privacy and see if it works as intended. If it does then there is a conflict with another plugin.
Please try those steps and let me know what happens.

In reply to: [Simple BuddyPress Profile Privacy] Not saving preferences – page caching? What caching plugin are you using? The caching plugins shouldn’t be acting on those pages and I think it’s more likely a caching plugin setup issue where you tell it to ignore certain pages but I can test on my end.

In reply to: [Simple BuddyPress Profile Privacy] BuddyboxxI’m sorry but since there is no free version of that software and I’m not making any money on this plugin I’m not going to be able to develop anything for Buddyboss.
Thanks for letting me know about it. I will launch the premium version of this and if it does well I’ll consider looking into it.
FTP in and change the name of the Anylystics plugin folder. Then you’ll be able to login. Make the changes, change the folder name back and then reactivate the plug in.

I am blocked from updating WordPress but this update was not blocked from happening. It was performed by IWP on all of my sites. The WordPress requirements for this plugin are listed as anything 3.8 to 5.3. You can add a PHP version requirement to the plugin and that would resolve the issue.
I had the same issue, thank you for the fix.
This is really related to having a PHP version less than 5.6 which is the new minimum for running newer versions of WordPress. I would see if you site can be updated to 5.6. If this plugin is going to require PHP 5.6 is should state that on its page and be part of the Changelog. Since that isn’t the case I’m going to say this was an oversight and will probably get fixed in the next update.
