    Hello @malteio

I could not reproduce this issue on my side.

Could you clarify how to reproduce this? Screenshots would also help.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hello @pthpndr

To better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

You can copy the log files from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]”

You can share it privately with us here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

Please include a link to this thread when sending a private message.

    Thanks!

    Hello @spottedpaint

The deprecation warning you’re seeing in WordPress 6.7 indicates that the translation loading for the woocommerce-paypal-payments domain is being triggered earlier than recommended. WordPress now advises that translations be loaded at the init action or later to ensure compatibility with the latest core changes. This is why you’re seeing the _load_textdomain_just_in_time notice.

This issue may indeed be due to an early loading function within the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, which could affect compatibility with WordPress 6.7.

We have noted this and will look into it. Also please note that this is not a critical issue and should not break any functions won the plugin or your site.

    Femi

    Hello @bramvds

Here is the update from the developers:

Currently, WooCommerce does not automatically display billing fields on the cancellation return page after a payment is canceled. If you’d like to allow customers to modify their billing information upon returning, you could try redirecting customers back to the checkout page after a canceled payment so they can easily update billing fields and retry payment.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hello @demian85

Thanks for confirming that. I tested and could not reproduce this on my side. In that case, you may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?Mollie Payments for WooCommerce to see if the behavior persists.

Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts
Please let us know how this works out for you.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hello @alexli126

Here are some clarifications on testing with PayPal sandbox.

    1. Creating a Sandbox Account:
      • You don’t need to use the same email address as your live PayPal account. Sandbox accounts are separate from live accounts, so it’s often best to use a different email to avoid confusion.
      • To create a new?sandbox business account, please log into the?PayPal?Developer?Dashboard?and go to?Sandbox > Accounts. From there, you can create a new business account dedicated to testing.
    2. Sandbox Merchant ID:
      • The Sandbox Merchant ID is a unique identifier specific to your sandbox business account, not the email address or Account ID.
      • To find this Sandbox Merchant ID, go to the?PayPal Developer Dashboard?and select your sandbox business account under?Sandbox > Accounts. The Merchant ID will be displayed in the account details.

In WooCommerce PayPal Payments, you can either enter these details manually or use the?automatic onboarding process. The automatic onboarding option simplifies the setup by connecting your account directly through WooCommerce, so you won’t need to enter credentials manually.

If you prefer manual setup, you’ll need the following details:

    • Sandbox Email Address: The email associated with the sandbox business account.
    • Sandbox Merchant ID: Found in the developer dashboard as described above.
    • Sandbox Client ID?and?Secret Key: These are generated in the?Default Application?under? My Apps & Credentials?on the developer dashboard. Make sure you’re viewing this in Sandbox mode.

For additional guidance on testing payments, please refer to the WooCommerce documentation: WooCommerce PayPalPayments Testing in Sandbox. This guide outlines the setup process and how to test sandbox payments effectively.

Please let us know if there’s anything further we can assist you with!

    Hello @alexli126

At this stage, we need a bit more information to understand this issue fully. Could you let us know:

    • When and where does this issue occur? For instance, does it happen during checkout, order creation, or another specific part of the PayPal payment process?
    • Are you able to consistently reproduce this error? If so, please describe the steps you follow to trigger it.
    • Any recent changes or updates, including updates to the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, WooCommerce, or other plugins/themes, can be helpful for diagnosing this.

This additional information will help us investigate and identify a solution for you more effectively.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hello @bits2c

This is a known issue. The loading time for payment methods in the WooCommerce checkout blocks can cause them to disappear temporarily when changing the billing country. We’re aware of this and are currently working on improving performance specifically for blocks.

Thank you for raising the ticket and for your patience as we work on this! Let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with in the meantime.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hello @demian85

Please check that this payment option has not been restricted to specific countries.

You will find this option when you edit the payment option > “Sales countries”

    Hello @bramvds

Currently, the plugin is designed so that if a customer cancels a payment, they are directed to a page with a this UI. If you’d prefer customers to avoid seeing this page and instead start the checkout process over, you can set the?Order status after canceled payment?to?Cancelled. This setting will require customers to restart their order if they need to change their payment method or address.

    https://prnt.sc/FbXqjPldabXA

I’ll also share this feedback with our developers for future improvements to offer more flexibility with redirection after canceled payments.

Thank you for reaching out, and let us know if there’s anything more we can assist you with!

    Hello @mastflow

It sounds like a permissions issue might be preventing the plugin from installing. Here’s a quick fix:

    1. Check Permissions: Ensure?wp-content/plugins?has?755?for folders and?644?for files.
    2. Remove Any Existing Mollie Files: Deactivate and delete any previous “Mollie Payments for WooCommerce” folders.
    3. Reinstall: Try installing the plugin again.

If this doesn’t work, please clear your site cache, check for plugin conflicts by deactivating other plugins temporarily, and?reach out to your hosting provider?to confirm server permissions and requirements.

    Femi

    Thanks for the clarification.

It seems this option is not available as you have mentioned, I will reach out to the developers regarding this and get back to you.

    Hello @sk1997

It is possible that some strings have not been translated to some languages.

In this case, I suggest using the Loco Translate plugin to manullay translate these strings in other languages, for example “Birthdate”. The translation team will keep this in mind when updating translations.

    Hello @boosterbast

Currently, Google Pay is not supported by the Mollie Payments for WooCommerce plugin, and it has not been planned for development at this time. If this changes in the future, we’ll be sure to let you know.

    Femi
