I found the setting, it’s under:

Settings > Articles (Tab at top) > Auto insert rating code: For individual pages.

I un-checked that and the ratings stars are gone from pages.

Great plugin, but with so many options settings can be hard to find ??

Author posted new download after I posted in developer’s forum. Apparently initial download of version 0.13.7 posted this morning was incomplete.

Downloaded new version 0.13.7, deleted existing plugin directory, uploaded new one, and now it works ?? No error after submitting!
