Featured images are automatically activated when you enter a valid Fuul Text RSS Key, so the only thing you really need to do is enter a Full Text RSS key and the plugin will do the job in the backend.

Featured image has now been added (if you add a valid full text rss key)

Looks like this is resolved now, thanks for using our plugin.

Please just replace the default place-holder template parameters witn the parameters listed on the left side of that form, this should fix it and solve the issue, cool site by the way nicole, so the normal parameters sttucture looks like this :{$content}

Thanks a bunch for reaching out and Solosails, I appreciate you helping out richiebennet, users like you make the community for my plugin stronger and help us improve the way things work.

We’re still trying to figure out how to get around that default template text, it turns out to be a bit confusing even if the real parameters are listed in the UI as well, so we’revtrying a couple of things to sort that out.

Regarding Full Text of Posts (+featured image fetching and more…), you need to get a Full Text RSS API Key and insert it in the appropriate area in the admin section

You can add the source titles and permalink of each post to articles by going to the settings section, click on “RSS Post Importer” and copy/paste the parameters:

{$title} to include the post title to the articles and/or {$permalink} to add the original link of each article to posts.

Hey guys, you can use our service https://www.feedsapi.com to retrieve the full content of your feeds before getting them into the plugin, the plugin itself fetches the original content as it is.

Thank you for the kind words, it’s not possible to do right now and I don’t have it on my roadmap at the moment, but will investigate thjs option and see if this can be added in a future versiin, I can’t promise anything because I’m trying to keep the user experience really simlle, so everybody can use it with a very simple to understand user inteface.

Meanwhile, you can do that when you save a newly created feed and there are now more options gor automatic updates so you don’t have to manually do the work. ?? , hope this helps.
