In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] the field “description” in must not be empty.Hi Anton!
Is it posible to only extract the information of the short description and not the long one?
I ask because I have the emotional or more appealing copy in the short description, meanwhile the logical and more boring one is on the long description.
Since people looking at the products on the facebook business page store seems to prefer shorter copy, would be awesome that one could tell pixel caffeine to only take the short description and not the longer one to create the product catalog.
Thanks for checking this out!
Best,
Federico.Thank you Anto!
It worked!
I searched for the topic but couldn’t find it before. You’re great!
Cheers.

In reply to: [Loco Translate] WoocomerceHi Tim!
I also have the same error HTTP/2.0 413.
I was using Wordfence and deactivated it, but the error persisted.
I ask my hosting provider and mod_sec is active but is not good to deactivate it altogether. Is there a workaround to it?
Thank you!

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Facebook Dynamic Ads not workingHi,
Yes, I checked several times and it was correct. I took me long to respond because I thought that the problem could have been the website loading time. I changed my hosting provider and the dynamic product ad seem to be working well now.
I’m not a 100% sure that was the problem, but since the change, the ad started working properly.
Thanks for your assistance and patience!

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Facebook Dynamic Ads not workingHi Anto!
I’ve still been having problem with the pixel firing correctly.
So I kept searching what can be wrong. Might be a problem that the “ecommerce tracking” built in the pixel caffeine (see pic below to see which one I refer)
https://nofilterbodycare.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Screen-Shot-2017-04-28-at-6.35.26-PM.png
is interfering with the custom “view content” of the products that I created? (see pic below to see which ones I refer)
https://nofilterbodycare.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Screen-Shot-2017-04-28-at-7.08.05-PM.png
I know that the pixels are not working correctly because I can see that the pixels in my site are firing like crazy (see pic below)
https://nofilterbodycare.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Screen-Shot-2017-04-28-at-6.36.31-PM.png
and the Facebook dynamic ads are barely been shown to people (see pic below)

I really appreciate your help!

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Facebook Dynamic Ads not workingYes, I checked with the Pixel Helper Chrome extension. When I access the product pages that I created, the “view content” pixel appears.
Here is a screenshot, maybe you can spot a problem that I don’t see.

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Facebook Dynamic Ads not workingHi Anto,
Thanks for the reply. I did create all the events for “view content” manually, and set the “content_ids”, “content_type” as product.

What I didn’t do is to set the “value or currency”. Do you think that could be the reason why is not working?
Or could it be that having 100 visitors per day is a low amount of traffic for a Facebook dynamic ads to work?
Btw, in the “value” parameter, should I put the value of the product, or the value for me of a potential customer adding a product to the cart?
Thanks for your help!
Hi Multidots!
Thanks for the quick reply. I want to change the text that says “Select shipping method” (ass seen in the red square in the image below) for the translation in Spanish inside the woocommerce checkout.
