@mrpritchett – Could that also be a permissions issue if it worked prior? I have the same issue and (among other things) recently moved the site up to php7.1

Thanks but all colours were default / not assigned anyway.
Username Display Mode is Plain Text
The only item in the Message Appearance section that was modified was Username Link Template.

I think you told someone a few weeks ago that the shortcode options are still in beta right now and no parameterization is available… Do you have a rough idea about when you may add to it?
Am sure you have a never-ending list of stuff to do but would be useful to have an indication.

Btw, I didn’t explicitly say it but it worked ok on the other products in the shop. The one product where it displayed weird and broke the product backend view was the one where, for one order, it only showed the order ID but none of the other details (with that order ID actually being one that was missing in my list (assumed deleted)).

certainly seems to work in principle now with Woo 303.
Quick check shows that it also displays the order numbers (only) for orders that have been deleted in Woo (I think – certainly has one discrepancy for me that I haven’t tracked down yet).

The big problem is that it breaks the backend display of some products (at least the one i have that shows the deleted order) . The table that you display your data in misses top and bottom and oversizes itself and becomes wider than the other components (which then creates other display issues in the product).

Deactivating your plugin returns the display in the product back to normal.

@kokomoweb : That’s a pretty great offer. Personally I’m just in need of a simple customer/student listing to allow people without WP/WC backend access to see basic details and maybe print or email from a protected sitepage that has your shortcode.

For a contact list, I think all that is needed is:

Order ID
Billing first name column
Billing last name column
Billing phone column
Billing e-mail column
Customer message column

Of course, if you could also put your backend [Email all customers] button as a shortcode output then I could even let my course teachers email their students easily ; )

Appreciate anything you can do.

This is a really useful plugin… couple of small things and a full data frontend shortcode option and everyone should be happy.
